Why we built it
Small shops in Nigeria lose sales every day because nobody replied fast enough. "How much?" sits unanswered for hours and the customer buys somewhere else. Many shops pay staff mostly to answer the same questions all day: the price, whether it is available, and how much delivery is.
Amber answers those from the shop's own stock, at any hour, and takes the order. Amber never guesses: if it is not in the shop's records, the chat goes to a person.

Shops that sell on Instagram and WhatsApp: fashion, fabric, shoes, food, beauty, phones and more. Each shop sets what it sells, and Shelf and Amber use its words: yards, pairs, plates or pieces.
